If the mod page has multiple Main Files that you will be installing, each file should be installed AS A SEPARATE MOD (IE, change the mod title name of the second file installed) so that they are considered two different mods by MO2. Future installations of other mods may rely on that mod being active in both panes of MO2 for its installation to work properly.
